    Great upgrade, well worth the money!

    Item arrived on time, first impressions where great, awesome quality. Such an improvement from the stock steering shaft. The install was simple, the difficult part was getting the old coupler disconnected. After that it went like a breeze. If you run a Mopar, buy a Borgeson and forget about the slack in the steering. At least not from the coupler.

    Not happy with lack of information on this product

    The product would be great but no where did they inform you that it isn't a bolt in replacement! The borgeson shaft requires modification to the steering box shaft.... The customer should be informed this in their listing or sales literature prior to purchase. Borgeson should have designed this to be a direct replacement and use the original roll pin design to install it.

    Good option for tighten loose steering, especially at the swivel joinnt on the gearbox - could be better.

    This is a nice piece and you get a lot for the money. It is unfortunate that the product isn't painted, and also that it wasn't designed for the set screw to work without grinding on the existing gearbox input shaft. I marked the spot and drilled a shallow hole on mine, instead of grinding a flat. But it's still a nice item that works well. Just be aware that if you want this to be right you can't just bolt it on and go.

    Great replacement over stock

    Great part and fit. Only thing left would be to powder coat it to finish the upgrade. Having the part unfinished delayed the upgrade to dodge truck just a bit. Great improvement over OEM part.

    Makes driving a pleasure again.

    The Borgeson shaft tightened up my 1975 Dodge pickup steering. Now the truck handles as well as my 2008 Ram. I highly recommend this upgrade.
