    Positive in the sense that it was what was described and shown, and that the seller was gracious enough to accept the return. I failed to see that the connector to the transmitter pack wasn't the correct piece, and there was no practical way to change it out. Otherwise, a good transaction. Maybe the seller should make sure that it lists the connector so someone else doesn't make the same mistake. Or maybe it was listed and I missed it.

    Works perfectly helps after working out to relieve pain. Battery seems to last a long time and the vibration is very strong. I would recommend this unit over other massagers. You can adjust the heat, vibration intensity and turn on or off the red light therapy all separately. I owned a wired unit before this one and this one has much stronger vibration option. Does not get to hot either so no burns to the skin.
