They claimed they left it at my door, then they didn't, they left a card, they didn't, they had authority to leave the parcel they didn't. They even claimed they redelivered it at 1am they did not. Eventually I tracked it down at some newsagent 2 miles away so had to drive in the rain and traffic just to pick up a parcel I had paid for to be delivered.
