    Packaging was insufficient and items loose in the box which caused radio to get dented on top. I messaged them and got a reply that alluded to me trying to scam them. Pictures were sent and I was told they would look at their videos and pics taken by their 'shipping dept' and compare to mine. Then wanted me to incur the cost of proper packaging to send back. When I asked several times for them to send their pictures which would validate my claim they refused. Please learn how to pack items.
