The package was near bulletproof, his price and shipping cost were better than most, and he had to ship it twice because Canadian customs sent it back to France. The 2nd shipment was expensive registered mail (35 stamps), and when I was tardy in picking it up, he sent an email to remind me it was waiting at the post office.
