A 1.5-volt power source is maintained internally for the Rodeo microphone by AA batteries. With a weight of only 5 oz, it can be held in the hand of the user for extended periods of time without tiring. The enclosure of the Rodeo NTG-2 microphone is all metal, but it maintains a lightweight stature. Special technologies have been implemented into the design of this Rodeo microphone, providing enhanced vocal sound quality and minimal background noise intrusion. As a professional microphone, this particular Rodeo microphone offers an outbound impedance of 250 Ohms, a low sensitivity of 36 dB, a minimum frequency response of 20 Hz, a maximum frequency response of 20 kHz, and three-pin XLR balanced output connectors.
