    I purchased a MacBook Pro from this seller, but unfortunately, it was sent to me locked. The seller refused to take responsibility for unlocking it and has not responded to any further messages. This behavior is dishonest and unprofessional. Additionally, the price I paid was abusive considering the fact that a locked MacBook Pro is completely unusable. I feel scammed and urge others to be cautious. This is unacceptable.
