    Seller did not pack item very well, and as a result, graded card slab arrived damaged (cracked on front and back). Item was loose inside a bubble mailer. Refund was processed without question, though seller then tried to upsell on higher graded card (no replacement of same card). The seller was concerned about my satisfaction, though ultimately no deal was made on any replacement items. Considering the $8.00 price point for shipping, I feel more care should have been taken to avoid damage.
