    Teapot arrived on time, and well packed, but the handle was shattered. I was disappointed because it was lovely. I have never had an item from ebay arrive damaged before so I wasn't sure how this would go. Per ebay instructions, I contacted the seller and, in less than two hours, with no discussion, I received notice of a refund. I'm sorry about the teapot, but the consideration, responsiveness and customer service of the seller is exemplary. I will shop from this seller again.
