Decent product, if you're ok with the unnecessary menthol.
Good anti-friction properties because it has the dimethicone component, and stays around longer than some of the other products. The menthol is annoying and and completely unnecessary, however. Whatever "cooling" or "warming" effect it may have adds nothing to the function of the product, and is only less annoying once you have warmed up on the bike and lactic acid buildup and fueling/ hydration become more of your primary concerns.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
