    After 20 years service... go ahead and replace all the parts when one fails.

    Previous Fluidmaster Flapper, after about 20 years use, became harden and wouldn't seal the bottom tank 'flush drain' anymore. Went ahead and purchased an entire valve and flapper kit, to save my time and energy by installing all new parts. Good price, too.

    It's a great item and easy to install

    I've used them in the past but have not actually used this one since I had other problems which I could not do myself so needed to call a plumber and he installed one of these for me while also replacing other pipes which i needed. I'm sure this one is the same and it looks perfect.

    A child could install this...

    Had a very old toilet that still had the same float and flapper when it was purchased. Ordered the kit to replace the old, and took about 30 minutes to install. So easy a child could do it! Works like a new toilet now. If you want to DIY with no hassle whatsoever, I highly recommend this product.
