    I won an auction to buy a Rituals gift set. I received a message from the seller a day later to say she couldn’t find the item but to give her time as it will turn up. I said that was ok. Following day I received another message to say it was damaged. I asked for photos because I was still interested in buying it, she refused to send them & refunded me. I honestly believe she was just not happy with the price I won the item at so this was her way of cancelling the sale. BEWARE of this seller

    A good looking disappointment

    Whatever the science, I like hot chocolate to start off too hot to drink, with froth and mallows and large. The one benefit is that it doesn't boil over as it can do in a microwave or stick to the bottom of a non stick pan when heated on a hob. I'm just glad I didn't pay full price for the Velvetiser

    Great machine

    Looks lovely. Quick and easy to use. Drink is just right temperature to drink straight away. Used Twinings Swiss chocolate and it was great (don’t need 35g as very sweet - equivalent to 6 tsp so next time 4 tsp). A really nice addition to kitchen gadgets.

    Does what is says on the tin

    Delicious hot chocolate. Far better than anything you get from a box/jar. It takes just 2 minutes to prepare and the about the same time again for cleaning. The copper velvetiser looks really classy too, and doesnt take up much space. Once prepared, I put my drink in the microwave for 20 seconds, as it doesnt do it quite hot enough for me, but that isnt an issue.Would I recommend? Yes I would. Needs to be half the price for the machine and the chocolate pouches though, that is why I have scored it 4 instead of 5
