The product works perfectly, although I had to manually download drivers for it to work on my Lenovo IdeaPad 5 2 in 1 laptop. Downloading the wifi and bluetooth drivers prior to replacing your wifi card is recommended, as I had to use my other PC and USB storage to download and transfer the drivers to the laptop. Requested a refund, and was told I had to format the drive first and had to submit screen shots of my disk management console, even though this drive was meant for a NAS and simply was not recognized. Eventually, a refund was issued, though I could have done without the presumptuous arrogance.
