The item was very heavily wrapped in bubble pack but was then allowed to float freely in a box too large for it with just a bit of loose paper for padding. The result was broken glass and a damaged frame. The etchings themselves are in fine shape, as far as I can tell after removing all the fragments of glass.

However, prior to shipment the seller noticed the missing sleeve and refunded the entire amount of my purchase.
