    My Toyota dealer sent me the link to this product, without inquiring with their service dept. first, I ordered item, only to find out upon purchase of my new SUV, that they couldn’t change emblems out due to the many sensors in the emblem and also voiding my warranty. So it arrived and I had to request a refund/return, the seller has been OUTSTANDING to say the least, they’re shipping me a return label to return at no charge to me. I wish all customer service departments were like this seller!!!

    Fast shipping, brand new knob and the fit was exact, even though the eBay description said that it “would not fit your vehicle”. The seller had in description to contact them with the car’s VIN to be sure of proper fit on vehicle and seller responded very quickly and told me that even though it said it would not fit, this was in fact the one that I needed, and sent me screen shots as proof. Very knowledgeable and well worth the price. I would absolutely recommend this seller!
