Paid for item on Tuesday, received a tracking no. on Friday but then had to chase via ebay, as the seller didn t respond to my contact after another 5 days regarding the tracking still showing Royal Mail were awaiting the item. The seller then dispatched the following Thursday (9 days after payment) and it was received on the Saturday. Better comms would ve made positive Feedback.
