A++++ Note: FedEx is TERRIBLE. Box was damaged to where they had to reissue the shipping label. The driver left it in our driveway far from the house next to the back passenger side tire of my car. Thank goodness the wall pocket was wrapped well to protect it from the lack of care from FedEx despite the red "fragile" labels all over the shipping box.

I must say I was disappointed that the base has a big chip in it that wasn't disclosed in the listing or photos. I would not have purchased if I had known, but I'll gladly keep it, since it's still very functional and the chip is hard to see. I don't think the seller did it purposely, it's just hard to see without a careful check of the item.
