It's a used car as described. Small items needed addressing but nothing crazy. A small amount of damage occurred during shipping to my home in N.C; Gina promptly addressed it and everything worked out great!! Buying a car long distance is scary but this deal was great, the car is very nice as advertised and I was treated like a friend. I would buy another car tomorrow from Gina.

When delivered to our town 3+ weeks after auction end, we could not even drive it home, had to tow to repair shop. Transmission blown, full of metal pieces. $5300+ to repair. Ad stated “3 keys and 2 key fobs for added convenience”, but we were only given 1 of each. Gave seller a chance to make it right, but he gaslit me. Potential buyers: check out his google reviews and Better Business Bureau rating. Several victims similar to me.
