Hat arrived quickly and thankfully in good condition. Just as described/pictured. Before I made the purchase I almost asked if your hats ship in a box, but I thought that would be a stupid question. I guess it wouldn't have been. Paper thin poly bags are the last way (I, personally) would ever send a hat. I'm not upset, just giving a recommendation. All it takes is getting crushed and it's junk.
