    This sickle scaler is too big. My Kent Dental H6/H7 scaler has a smaller sickle and it is triangular in cross-section which gives it three sharp sides to scrape plaque off the inside and outside surfaces of teeth. The smaller sickle fits easily between gaps in teeth to clear debris. By contrast this product is not sickle-shape but a cylindrical point at right angles to the handle. H6/H7 should have left hand and right hand angle, which this product does not have. I do not recommend it to anyone
