ausdrücklich kein freiwilliges Widerrufsrecht gewährt.

4.2

Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt nach BGB §355 Punkt 2 mit Abschluss des Vertrages.

4.3

Um den Widerruf auszuüben muss der Käufer dem Verkäufer ausdrücklich mitteilen

dass er vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten möchten.

inklusive der ursprünglichen Versandkosten, unmittelbar und ebenfalls spätestens

angebotenen Standardversandart.

Der Verkäufer kann die Rückzahlung solange verweigern, bis die Ware vollständig

zurück gesandt wurde oder der Käufer nachweisen konnte, dass die Waren innerhalb

der Frist zurück gesendet wurde.

Wird die Ware nicht innerhalb der Frist zurückgesandt oder in absehbarer Zeit

ein Nachweis über die fristgemäße Rücksendung erbracht, ist es dem Verkäufer

gestattet, davon aus zu gehen, dass der Widerruf doch nicht erfolgen soll oder

die Mitteilung irrtümlich oder aus Verwechselung erfolgte.

4.6

Das Widerrufsrecht entfällt auch für private Verbraucher, wenn es sich um Waren

handelt die eigens nach Maßen oder persönlichen wünschen und Bedürfnissen des

Käufers angefertigt oder verarbeitet wurden und im Falle eines Widerrufs nicht

mehr veräußert werden könnten.

Ebenfalls entfällt das Widerrufsrecht wenn die Waren durch den Käufer oder einen

von ihm beauftragten Dritten derart verändert, manipuliert oder beschädigt wurden,
