This item did fit but not without modification. It was about half a bolt hole too long where the rubber hose connects to the top of the water pump housing. I ended up taking to it with a hacksaw to shorten the hose connection spigot by 6mm to make the holes in the bypass align correctly with a slight gap between the connector and the water pump outlet.
