    Purchased wiper listed as OEM. Item arrived with no Toyota packaging — not even in a bag. Clearly not OEM as described. Shipping took too long. It wasn’t sent until I checked back over a week later. Communication was poor. When I expressed my concerns, the seller was rude and dismissive. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

    IT IS A GENUINE TOYOTA PART AND WE HAVE IT CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION THAT THESE COME IN PACKS OF 10 AND IT WON'T BE SHIPPED IN TOYOTA PACKAGING, CLEARLY YOU'RE TALKING OUT OF YOUR IGNORANCE, THERE WAS A SHIPPING DELAY SO THE BUYER DIDN'T LIKE THAT WE TOLD THEM THERE IS A DELAY, DELAYS DO HAPPEN LIKE OR NOT SO THEY DECIDED TO LEAVE A BUTT HURT FEEDBACK!!!!!!
