This is my second purchase of this. Still have the first one that I’ve had for years and it’s in great shape. Have a new bike and prefer to leave a bag on the bike instead of moving one back and forth.

Bag is too tall and too straight at front edge. Does not fit well against stem. The straps are too long making it hard to get the bag mounted tightly to the frame. The front strap is weirdly placed so it doesn't wrap around the head tube. It rides up onto the stem instead and causes the whole thing to tilt back. The design of the top flap is awkward making it hard to use. No cord pass through to run something like a USB cable to your headlight or phone. Not big enough for iPhone 6S. Topeak really missed the mark on this bag.

Keeps items dry like a phone, I have a Samsung S4. Two compartments inside, generous overlap. Easy to fit on top tube. I have ridden in rain & snowing conditions, & everything was dry.

Nice little pack for standard cell phone and power bars but straps are not adjustable to fit steel bike frames. Too long. Standing up and pedaling your knees may touch the bag. The bag stayed in place during a three hour MTB ride.

It sits a little too high on the road bike top bar. The front needs to be angled to keep it from rubbing against the stem and moving the bag to the left and right. Decent concept, just needs some tweaking.
