    Does the job - helps me keep track

    Although we have an electronic expenses system at work, the mileage it states is often wrong, and it also relies on me being able to recall a month+ of travel when I sit down and enter it all in to the portal. Keeping this little mileage log book in my glovebox, and completing it for each business journey, has solved both of these challenges for me, and ensures I capture the minimum recommended information as per HMRC guidelines for each journey. This may come in handy in future!
