Products arrived days beyond given delivery date and both appeared tampered with and were not in cream form, but solid.
I reached out to the seller within moments of opening the package ting a full refund and a return label. The seller came back with a counter offer of a partial refund. This was an insult as I am not going to use these products nor was it my fault the products arrived damaged.
I have again requested a full refund, it is just shy of 24 hours and the seller has not responded.
