    It solved my PC Connection problem right away...

    I was glad to have an option to buy this device that enables my 5220 headset to connect with my PC easily. I originally purchased the headset without it, thinking since my PC had Bluetooth capability it would work well. That was not the case and after trying numerous workarounds, Plantronics support suggested the Dongle was necessary. It was easy to install and is working quite well making simultaneous connections to my PC and phone possible.

    I question the range in my house. Normal drywall to next room 15 feet away, give it a problem with clarity.

    Although I think this a good product. It works. The range was not as good as my bluetooth on my computer.
