The received item did not work due to a fundamental design flaw, and units with this flaw can be identified by the product labeling. I am nevertheless rating the vendor positive because their response was exceptionally good and refunded the cost of the item plus shipping without returning the item; cost for returning the item would have exceeded the purchase cost.
