    Excellent Quality Mirror for Volvo V40 2014

    This mirror is excellent quality and fits perfectly. It has the little plastic location guide runners (I bought a cheaper mirror originally and it did not have these so had to return it) the mirror has a heating element in it too. It looks just like an original Volvo mirror and the quality is also exactly the same as original.

    Difficult to source part that does the job.

    I had great difficulty searching the web to locate the replacement part for my Volvo - the one advertised appeared to be exactly what was needed - the query engine to see if it would fit my particular model seemed to indicate it would. The product was almost identical to the required mirror except for 3 tabs which prevented it fitting the door mirror housing; these were difficult to remove - obviously not meant to be - but with some ingenuity were clipped off - the mirror then fitted perfectly - it seems to be of good build quality; there were various numbers and bits of text on the back that had been scratched out! Despite the issues above I think it was good value and perfect for the job.
