All of the Potentiometers arrived in good shape and not damaged. Shipping time was great for having going across the ocean. Note that the potentiometer is actually a 21 step attenuator. Not what I expected but not a bad thing either just letting you know. Being an attenuator it should track very evenly. I haven't installed them yet but hopefully it will work perfectly. Bought them because they were the only cheap ones with a loudness tap.

I ordered an RF limiter and the product description did not match the product received. The received item did not work due to a fundamental design flaw, and units with this flaw can be identified by the product labeling. I am nevertheless rating the vendor positive because their response was exceptionally good and refunded the cost of the item plus shipping without returning the item; cost for returning the item would have exceeded the purchase cost. Five stars for seller, zero stars for item.
