The USB port and Micro-SD slot are well protected. The mounts are solid and work well and a lock screw under the bracket provides extra security. Although initially disappointed that I couldn t download an update to the maps, the supplier quickly emailed me a link to an update. As it runs a commonly used GPS program, you will also be able to organise downloads from other sources.
