    Impressed, So Far

    I cannot comment on the longevity claim for the product yet. However, whilst changing the bulb, I changed one side of the vehicle first to enable a comparison with the existing 'brake and tail' bulb. When checking the new brake bulb brightness, I found it was marginally brighter than the old one. This was a surprise, because I expected the extended life claim for the bulb, would be at the expense of brightness. Not so.

    Old-school, but...

    Hopefully, these will be longer-lasting than the standard type of filament bulb. I've spent £s on modern LED 1157 bulbs which all seem to be deficient in the contrast between stop and tail brightness, and which are not as reliable as they might be either. Fingers crossed...
