After coming to install the cable i noticed a large 'nick / cut' in the cable as i was laying it out. i inspected the lay down area which was clean and only used cutters to remove ty-wraps that it was wrapped in. looking at this it seems like this has been burnt or simular. Either way this clearly shows that the cable needs to have been inspected better before dispatch. Very disapointed as i now need to cut the cable around 20m in and add a junction box.

Product arrived as described and timely. Installed unit and had 1 faulty solenoid. Reported to seller for a replacement (after I had tested, proved fault and replaced with a new one from a hardware store then worked). Seller offered troubleshooting support but didn’t end up providing. Communicated twice with confidence that support will be provided. To date no support and no offer to send a new solenoid. Disappointed as I have purchased many of the same units from this seller.
