The fact is: I got an infection after my open heart surgery, was in the hospital for 7 days, unable to contact customers. The ad clearly states a 7 day delay in shipping(health). She didn't try to contact me at all, but put in an ebay dispute raging that I was ripping her off, and strange accusations, so I felt bad and refunded her asap and told her I was sorry. Now she writes things that have zero truth. I apologized and I'm working as hard as I can, while recovering from heart bypass surgery!

The Shipping time was Clearly stated many times, as well as "Please Be Patient" before purchasing, so I don't understand the purpose in complaining about the shipping time, when you could have decided not to purchase, as the ad description stated, "DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT PATIENT, THE SHIPPING TIME IS DELAYED ABOUT 2 WEEKS OR SO", So, you are saying you are impatient, but ordered anyway, and MUST complain about exactly what you were told before purchasing?
