The colour quality of this model is not great, and the screen is a little large for a 1920x1080 resolution. However, for a gamer who wants to spend not too much to get a ultra-low-motion-blur monitor on the cheap: this is perfect. You will need to download a "lightboost 2D hack" or some kind to force the monitor into the ULMB mode, which can display at 120Hz (without ULMB the monitor can display 144Hz as stated). The ULMB 120Hz mode is a game-changer, plain and simple. You will be able to visually move and trick imagery at a much higher rate than would be possible even with a normal 144Hz screen. Being able to clearly see moving imagery is so effective that the screens are seen as a crutch.

Very good monitor with active 3D and good quality speakers. I use it for photo and video editing too. Highly recommended

To put it simply, for £300, a 27", 300 cd/㎡ bright, 50000000:1 contrast, high viewing angle 1080p screen, with 144hz refresh rate, full connectivity, feature-rich, in built speakers and last but not least: Nvidia Vision 2 support (!), you couldn't possibly get better value for money. Sits well with a 4k screen by the side (as 4k doesn't currently support 3D). You are getting an incredible screen and for only £300, it's a true bargain.
