The heat settings on this Standard Cloud Nine hair straightener are really good, I have dry hair and this is the only reason that I can use a hair straightener at all. It glides over the hair with ease, and the swivel cord is so easy to use, on the front and back of your hair. The Cloud Nine Standard hair straightener is a wonderful product, and makes my hair look like I have just come from the hair salon, I get a lot of comments on how good my hair looks. It makes my hair shiny and easy to manage, I am very happy that I Invested in this Standard Cloud Nine Hair Straightener. Fabulous, worthy of the hype!
I have extremely thick, coarse wavy hair and most hair straighteners just didn't do a good job, they would either not disperse heat evenly leaving uneven results that were short lived, or just take a very long time (hours I am talking) to do a whole head worth of my hair. When my trusty 12 year old GHD finally broke, I thought I'd give Cloud 9 Wide Iron a go after reading many rave reviews by many others with the same type of unruly hair like mine. I am totally in love with it, it heats up to the highest temperature in twenty seconds and just glides through tough hair without any snagging, tearing or overheating. The heat disperses evenly throughout for a consistent result, the cord is ingeniously designed to rotate 360 in any direction so you can easily manoeuvre the straightener in and ... Great product, heaps better than my ghd, for the ghd I find it "grabs you hair" and sounds and feels tinny, and has pretty colour changes on straightener, ( they should concentrate more on the mechanics and not just the image!!)where as the cloud nine feels solid and doesn't grab, just glides on through. I highly recommend,
