    The pair of mirrors look good but the Austin 1800 never had a pair of mirrors. Only one on the driver’s side. I will use both. Problem. Mirror passenger side has internal spring gadget hanging low so the mirror does not fit flush to the door and secondly the arm from the base to the mirror is not upright enough. You can barely see the new mirror on the door from the driver’s seat. It needs to sit up higher. The arm needs to at 40-50 degrees not 15-20 degrees. I don’t want to damage mirror.

    Not fitting the base plate spring hang out the back so don't sit flat on door and didn't notice white rim around the edges
