These fit easily into the small jars and allow for plenty of oxygen absorption after multiple openings. Beans are ideal for espresso 3-5 days post roast and day 2 is when doses go into the jars. Given a few hours to work and then frozen allows for excellent shots each time. Just thaw beans 4-12 hrs before opening. Shipped fast! Thanks!
