With Xmas and a big family , thought this would safe so much pressure ( no pun intended lol) . I wanted to pre cook potatoes and put them in the freezer for roasties Xmas day and then just throw them in hot goose fat on the day. This worked wonderfully and I’m so happy with this pressure cooker. I did actually buy a cooking basket to go inside though as I think it stops food from being mushing ����
