I would suggest buy medium if, like me, you normally buy large (I am a 6ft 1” and 13.5 stone man). I kept the large I bought and wear it instead of a coat over a jumper if no chance of rain. I then bought 2 in medium for regular wear over a tshirt. They are very warm. Great for winter.
