I ordered upgraded clutch drum like on photos, but I received normal OE style drum which is known to fail. Seller didn't respond for 5 days now

They haven't made this transmission in 20 plus years and that is the newer version of the drum that does not fatigue and blows out the snap ring. You can see on the snap ring grooves. We said we you could return it if you wanted to.
