The seller supplied the wrong item as per the order ie an iPad 10 case cover was supplied instead of a cover for an iPad 6 as ordered. After contacting the seller he then supplied a return label but the Post Office refused to accept it saying that the label had already been used and a barcode was missing. I then paid myself for the return. The seller then refunded the price of the cover and apologized for the errors.
