I very rarely leave negative reviews but this just isn't right. The jacket I ordered, which I have one my dog ruined, is shown exactly like the one I have. The one I received is COMPLETELY different with some square prints all over the jacket. So considering the policy is no returns and I emailed them asking if they had the one listed picture. No response deserves a review. I also inquired about a completely different item which they responded to and ignored my original.
