I went ahead with another similar item but sent the wrong thing. I needed it urgently, but they refused to send the correct one until incorrect piece was returned, which wasn’t feasible with the timing. I kept the item out of necessity and asked for a partial refund, which took ages, seller ignored my messages. Overall disappointing experience, rude company and the item was poor quality

Items were advertised as mint, but when we opened them we found the seating had water marks, mould marks, and small tares on a couple. Communication was non-existent with seller . I sent him photos and reached to try and resolve the situation, like exchange the damaged ones, but I didn’t get a word back. I would have sent half of them back if it wasn’t so costly and a hassle to organise.
