I bought this phone for my 15 year old son as he had this model before and it lasted longer than any of his previous phones. The phone is easy to use with the slide out qwerty keyboard a handy feature. It is also quite hard wearing and great for people who like mobile phones for calls and texting as opposed to smart phones. The phone has a good battery life. Only drawback no built in games.
I liked the following: Ease of use of the qwerty keyboard. Sensitivity of the touch screen. Ability to change widgets on the home screen. Menu and screen layout nice and clear - not cluttered. Dislike: Battery life. No Wi-Fi access. User manual inconclusive.
Great overall phone with easy to use qwerty keyboard. No problems with buttons and touch screen. I very much rate Samsung as a good value for money product that can compete with other brands and companies such as Huawei and Apple.

Bought this phone for my daughter cos she dropped her phone in the harbour! She loves it, especially when sending texts, it is so much quicker to write a message
