If it does what fits the nib won't fit the section and it will fall through. Montblanc nibs for example, at least on the 146 and 149 you need to let it hover on the lip of the section because it will fall right through otherwise. Still doable but you can't let go of the section with those pens when knocking out the feeds on this device, so it takes a bit more effort. Works good though so 5 stars.
