    Excellent product!

    I have been prescribed anti biotics to many times these last few years and my stomach was bloated and uncomfortable all the time. My GP was no help. I also have been treated for gastric reflux for 30 years and took medication for that period of time. After a few weeks of making kefir, the bloating is almost gone, I feel muck more comfortable and no longer need the medication for reflux!
