Aweful. ordered specific item per ebay add. Substituted item delivered with no communication. This pump does not work out of box. I cut plug to hardwire so no warranty is response. 3 wires, plug removal is not the issue it simply does not work out of box. No effort or interest by seller to assist even to replace what is a faulty item with a discount. Wasted $205. No effort by seller to remove same add I purchased from for a product that he says is discontinued hence why substituted with other.
