When I inquired about "No Movement" in the Tracking info after 4-days,.....they passed the buck onto the shipping company, which was USPS. They said it wasn't their fault,.....when they knew from prior dealings, this particular location was notorious for delays, but continued to use them anyway. This put my project way behind schedule. I will look elsewhere in the future.
