    Key did not work

    I have a tonneau cover installed on my truck, so I had to leave it open until I fixed my handle. Since I usually store my tools for work in my truck bed I had to remove them every night until the handle was fixed. When the new handle arrived I loved it. The quality seemed stronger then the original OEM handle. The color matched perfect also. I went online to see YouTube videos on how to install so I didn’t have any problems with the removal and installation (it did come with instructions that are easy to understand and follow). The problem arose when I tried to re key the new lock. As the instructions said, I inserted my key and turned the lock. It wouldn’t turn. I made sure I was following the instructions but it wouldn’t budge. I continued to try but I had to stop before I broke my truck ...
